OBJECTIVE:
Software developement firm in Silicon Alley seekd
to have a business to consumer web site to offer its toolbar
offering in an innovative fashion. The site is to be the place
for all downloads of the product and will collect user information
and contain a support section for current customers to report
errors, bugs, and other support type questions.
INVOLVEMENT:
Assisted in site navigation developement as well as all programming
and data collection for the site. I Built the support section
which included bug tracking and reporting, software updates,
collecting user-specific problems, and knowlege base management.
