OBJECTIVE:
Software developement firm in Silicon Alley seekd
to have a competitive web site to offer products and services
in an innovative fashion. The site is to contain a support section
for current customers to report errors, bugs, and other support
type questions. Integration with an external message forum provider
should be seemless and tailored to meet the site's design. The
website promotes and attracts the user to 3 main company products
while providing detailed information about the company. INVOLVEMENT:
Assisted in site navigation developement as well as all programming
and data collection for the site. I Built the support section
which included bug tracking and reporting, software updates,
collecting user-specific problems, and knowlege base management.
I Developed the site administration which detailed features
that were department specific.
